Job Duties
Job Duties:
• Identify and analyze areas for improvement in existing packaging processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Establish methods for solving technical problems related to packaging equipment, materials, and processes.
• Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Lead process validation activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
